The same way you would save any other files to a cd. Instead of making a music disc, you make a data disc and select the ppt file.

If you are running Windows XP and have a CD-Burner installed in your PC, then by far the easiest way is to drag a copy of the Powerpoint presentation to the CD icon in Windows Explorer. You will then see an icon in the lower right corner of your screen that indicates that files are ready to be written to your CD.

Place a blank CD in the burner and choose the Burn Now or Write Now option from that icon. It's very simple.

Like you would any other file. If this is a rewritable, initialize it as required, then simply do a File, Save As within PP. For a WORM CD, just use your burner software to burn the file to the disk.

all you have to do is save your presentation to the drive containing the cd. If you do not want anyone to be able to modify it, you can use a recordable cd instead of a read/write cd.
