Leaving my current job today. What are some good things to put in a going away email to the whole office?

How about kiss my *ss to those that were mean to you and thanks for the time well spent to those that were nice to you.

Unless it is a small office where you know everyone, write a more personal email sent just to the folks you really knew and worked closely with. At my last job (3500 employees) it was painfully annoying to get "goodbye" emails sent to the whole company, from people you'd never ever heard of!

That said... thank them for X years of working together, tell them you learned a lot "both professionally and personally" (I love that line) and wish them all well in future endeavors.
