My Windows Xp seem to not support WPA. When i try to add a Wireless Network, i'm not given the option to choose WPA as the encryption type. I can only pick WEP.

I have already fully updated Windows XP.

Windows XP uses WPA to connect to routers that have WPA encryption.

As WPA is a feature of the router, not Windows, you have to have a router that has the WPA feature. Check the web site of the manufacter of your router as they will often have a download that adds WPA to their older router. (WPA is software, not hardware.)

Most older routers don't support WPA, and if a router doesn't have it enabled and a key configured you can't use WPA on that network.
