at the moment they don't look so impressive. the others seem stronger today.

USA took too long to settle down in the first half. There is no way the USA can win playing volley and chase. They need to work the ball to the wings and then into the middle, but they keep acting like they are afraid of the ball. If they don't pick it up in the second half, they are going to lose 4 or 5:0. In a perfect world, they would make a wonderful comeback, start playing defense and remember how to pass (shorter than a 30-75 meter longball) and score a couple of goals. In reality, they will be lucky to get away 3:1.

Duke, spare me the evr-repeating comments on why Americans don't play soccer/football. That has nothing to do with this game.
A strong curled-in banana onto the head of a 2 meter man and a Sunday shot from 24 meters out is the difference - NOTHING else.

Football(Soccer) is not a big sport in the USA. Rarely does anyone play it beyond grade school. This is why the USA is losing. The country puts little emphasis on Football(Soccer).

I dont think the USA plays with enough international teams as is. It is going to be a difficult game for them. Czech Rep is going for five!!! Sorry USA... u need to play with the world to get that experience for the world cup it is that simple.

USA needs to pick up their pace and focus. They are playing against a strong team, so they really need to be more aggressive defensively.

It is a must win game for U.S., but it is not impressive so far. If U.S. can't at least tie the game, it will have to come back home very soon.
