can't find some one that doesn't want to be found. No, you can't hold her responsible, or *make her give him up* he hasn't killed anyone...he hasn't robbed anyone, he's not a criminal...just a broke dad, who has no money sounds like..which to people this day in age, is like the biggest crime ever..but get over it...move on with your life.

No, the court cannot make her turn her son in. However her conscience should but since it hasn't. The only thing that comes to mind is the last address he his taxes were sent to and if he is not there ask the landlord if he left a forwarding address and go from there. You can still do internet searches because he might have a utility in his name or something. Now I know that you probably don't want to hear this but how are you going get back support if he has no job....you know the girlfriend is not accountable unless she is married to him. Another thing they are always advertising on TV regarding child support maybe they can help you.....probably find him faster. I believe they use private detectives. It's worth a try.

I have seen on television agencies that do the tracking for you. No matter where he is, or what the situation, he made those babies, he can take some of the responsabilitiy. I would look online for one of those agencies. If you don't find anything, I would go to the local Social Services office. They can't keep putting you on the backburner. It's not right. Good Luck hun. I hope everything works out.

Unfortunately if he doesn't have a job, then they can't take your 17% out of nothing., You can go ahead and file the claim against him, it will go to court and he will be ordered to tell the court when he gets employment and then that is when they would start to deduct it from his paycheck if it is court ordered which is always the best way to go. If he does get unemployment or disability or SSI or anything like that, they will garnish that amount from his wages so definately do go and file the claim because you never know.

If you know his SS# and his date of birth you should be able to track him down this way. Talk to a lawyer or pi and see what the options are here. What is his gfs first and last name? Maybe you can find him throuh her. I wish you the best in finding him!

Go to the child support enforcement office, which is probably at your local courthouse. They can serve papers to his parents' house if necessary, to get him to appear. But, you will need to keep after them, as they are one of the busiest offices - as you can imagine! I might be able to find more information on him for you if you email me some info on him - full name, date of birth, etc. Whatever you know. topofthehillfarm@yahoo.com Good Luck!

Actually he mom could be compelled to tell the courts where her son is living. She is aiding and abeting. He is in violation of a court order. Talk to you local pd and see what advice they can give you. There are a lot of states now that will suspend his DL.

cant the child support division serve him or find him. you cant talk to any of his friend or family memebers? dont talk to his mom or take you the baby to see her unless she gives up the address. dont answer your phone when he calls or when she calls, let them know how it feels and maybe he might give up the phone number. does he see the baby? does he call you ever? change your phone to where they have to unblock their number to talk to you. maybe that might help, do you have a brother or sister that used to talk to him real good? maybe they can try to get it. ask around and let people know you are looking for him. go to his old job and see if they know where he is, he might have transfered, or go to people search and see what they can dig up.most of the time they chagre so have your credit card ready. good luck.!!

Just have the courts take care of him...any chance you have his SSN#, no better way to find someone! $12K is NOTHING!! My son's birth dad communicates with us all the time and owes my wife/stepson $35K and just refused to pay...license has been suspended so on and so forth...some people just suck!
