I had something similar done by Sears along with a a whole house humidifier. Assuming your ducts are ok, not more than $5000-5500 for 85% AFUE.

i would suggest buying a york unit they are made by carrier i would charge about $4100. in my area for a 48000 btu furnace including duct work
