It is truly hard to pick which color attracts the most. Certainly a blonde draws attention, but I think it all depends on what is attached to the hair. Nice body, nice face, or great personality makes it more attractive.

Most women who have changed their hair color will say they are treated quite differently when they go from dark hair to blonde hair. Blondes get more attention and turn more heads. One woman admitted to me that she could "get away with a lot more" as a blonde.
When it gets to relationships, I would think it shouldn't make a bit of difference.

I'd prefer to make sure me and the person had a lot in common, could actually talk to each other without a fight,
I seem to remember that women love to change hair color so why worry about which we prefer.
You can change it if we match and I'm so shallow that I'd tell you too.

it's more than hair. the body, face, and attitude all play a role. I guess i prefer brunettes though.
