using SIN to locate some one who is homeless?
he lives on the street, you know what i mean,
but sometimes sleeping in a cheap motels.
filling income tax. pls give detail on how to use it
( the SIN #)

it is sin ....social insurance number ....not ssn.......

You shouldn't be able to locate someone through their SIN since that is supposed to be private information. Try tracking him down through the homeless shelters he has stayed at recently. Leave a message for him there in case he returns.

Canadians have a SSN (Social Security Number), not SIN - that's problem no#1 you have.
