No, an allergic reaction is the body's immune system reacting to some chemical in the food. Digestion isn't a part of it.

While improper food digestion may not be the direct link to allergies, once the gut starts malfunctioning, the liver and gallblader will malfunction and start to develop stones. A malfuntioning gallblader will plug up the liver. A malfuntioning plugged up liver, that does not process toxins, then in turn will lead to an over excited immune system, which becomes extra sensitive and this can trigger allergies.

Drink 6-8 glasses of clean water every day until your body is free of allergies. Add a pinch of unrefined sea salt to each glass.
This alone may clear your gut, liver, and gallblader of toxins and then eliminate your allergies. Back off to 1 or 2 glasses of salty water each day when your allegies end but continue to drink 6-8 glasses of distilled water every day until your gut problems are gone.

The way doctors treat this is to depress the immune system with drugs. Depressing the immune system may stop the allergies but it makes you much more vulneralble to other infections.

The better way to treat allergies is to cleanse the liver, kidneys, and gallblader. My favorite way to deal with allergies and a plugged up system is to use raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar.

Week 1:Take a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, a dash of cinnamon and cayenne in a glass of local honey sweetened apple juice.

Week 2: Cleanse your liver and gallbladder. Drink a tall glass of
apple juice with a tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar, a dash of cinnamon and cayenne morning, noon, and evening. Fast from
sugary drinks, coffee, black tea, meat, milk, bread, and alcoholic beverages for this week.

Week 2:
Day 1 The same as week one but add a a shot glass of cold pressed virgin olve oil to your apple juice drink and half of a squeezed lemon

Day 2: The same as day 1 but cut the amount of olive oil by 1/2.

Day 3-7. Eliminate the olive oil and lemon juice.

If you see green stones in your stools then you are passing gallstones. Repeat this process starting with week one two or three times.

This could eliminate your allergies, clear your gallbladder and kidneys, and fix your gut.

You may have flu like symptoms as you are flushing toxins.

If you are not having bowel movements with all of the added fluids, consider going to get a coffee enema to move your bowels.
