Your browser text size might have been changed.
Go to View>Text Size and click on medium.

may be changed resolution if you see everything smaller yes even icons of desktop... if yes then change resolution > right click on desktop > choose properties > Settings > set 800*600 (if you have big monitor... Like 17 or more than that Inches... then 1024*768 is best one for them_

if you see text in Internet Explorer small then open internet explorer > go to view > choose Text size and select required text size

If problem is only with browser then you can click on view menu and text size and medium or which size you want can choose. if every thing looks small, you have to right click on your desktop empty area and choose properties and some tabs will be displayed then click on settings and choose screen resolution towards less. have a nice time.

i'll suggest you a quick fix. Try system restore. It seems to me that uyou baby girls changed some of the graphic sttings- so it'll b easier to try system restore without messing things up. So click on start>all programs> accessories> system tools> system restore. change it back to atleast a day and see how it goes. It should work

everything? not only internet explorer but including msoffice or orther programs?

try going to control panel and adjust your display properties, you may want to select 800x600 screen size on your settings tab.
