i purchased many games from a web site and now it wont download and i have been patient for months, help..?

IHAVE OURCHASED MANY GAMES FROM REAL ARCADE OVER THE YEARS,
SINCE DECEMBER, I CAN NOT ACCESS THEM, THEY DO NOT DOWNLOAD, OR OPEN , I HAVE FOR WEEKS TALK TO TECH, AND DID ALL THE CHANGES AND WHAT EVER THEY SAY, YET IT STILL WONT OPEN IT JUST FLASHES, I DONT WANT MY MONEY BACK I WANT THE GAMES, I HAVE WINDOWS XP HOME EDITION CAN ANYONE HELP ME?
