You can have someone with a different id send it to your email and it's most likely going to have a paperclip beside the email and that means attachment and the attachment is the pictures.(whoever sends it to you make sure they put pictures in the subject to make it easier for you)

My guess would be File, Import and Export...or just copy and paste it...or attach it as a file...sorry if this doesn't help, I'm just speaking from personal experience.
