Yes. Or else the roots of the trees can grow under/into the pool and damage it. Not to count all the leaves that will end up clogging you're filter. You should definately get them removed.

Have them removed before you install the pool and have the stumps ground out. The water in your pool water will heat up much faster without the shade from the trees. Plus you won't risk getting all the junk from the trees in your new pool like you would if you cut them down after the pool is installed

Check with the builders before you do anything. It is always a shame to cut down a beautiful tree, especially if it can provide shade while you are in the pool so you don't get burned!

I had a pool the leafs always went in along with inch worms any type of bugs that dwell in trees and everytime it rained branches would fall in keep them distant

Yes. It's easier now. Once the pool is in, you risk damaging it, plus access will be limited
