Males have an ablility to imagine extentions to their anatomy. (Most think they are either much bigger or much smaller than they really are) caused by bloated ego or problems with virility.
When a male imagines penitration... then the female body become an extention of his anatomy. So if the female he is penitrating is then engage with another female it is as if "He" is engaged with an extented genitalia... one of the females becomes his tool, the other his victum
