trust is a hard thing to earn and should be because if it wasnt then it would not mean so much. There are always people out here that listen and honestly want to help and there are some who want to use you for their own amusement.
be sure when you find this person that everything you talk about is always about you and your problems. no one wants to hear about troubles all the time. but when things are private keep them that way. dont wash your clothes in public. ;P

You can talk to friends and older relative, but you can not tell who is trustworthy or untrustworthy people.
Also, you can ask your questions here since you are anonymous. Be smart and avoid personal data on any site

That's a life lesson which cannot be taught. We learn from our mistakes. As people ruin our trust in them we are less likely to trust in the future. I guess no one can tell a trustworthy person from a non one, but over time you develop a 'gut feeling'.

Great question!! You start out by telling them little things that , if they got told, would not ruin your reputation. If they are responsible in that, and don't tell anyone, then you can trust them with bigger things. Only trust a person that will promise complete silence though.

Well it is a hit and trial. If you feel like someone you trust and that person does not break your assumptions then he/she is trust worthy otherwise you have to find another one.

You don't. When it comes down to it, you can't really trust anyone. Not even your best friend. Sorry to say it like that, but it is true.
