Someone was placed under arrest, using my name. They were also issued tickets under my name. I need an attorney to clear my name, but I don't know what they would specialize in, so I know where to start looking. Can anyone help me? Please!

Probably a consumer attorney. You might not need one, however. Go to www.ftc.gov and look up the link to "consumers" and then look up info on identity theft and how to repair it. You should also order your credit report (for free) from the 3 major agencies and the FTC site will show you how to do that. Your credit report will show if someone has obtained credit in your name because you will see opened accounts there that you didn't know about. Hopefully, there is nothing serious.

Unfortunately, attorneys aren't generally taking on ID theft cases. They don't know how to go about dealing with them, I know this from experience.

You should have been given the arresting officers name, the detective's name and the case number. They should have contacted you. If they haven't, contact them, they are the ones who should be able to clear your name.
