It means dont act as if you don't know.
Example, if im fly (meaning dressed nice) and have on some fresh(meaning dressed super nice) clothing and someone is hating(saying something negative when someone hasnt done anything wrong) a person might tell that person (who is hating) "Don't front on her gear" don't act as if it aint fly when you know it is... lol
