In Jersey it only cost $6 but I doubt u would come al the way up her to get r done!!!!

You can go to an indian shop they do it with a string(i dunno how till this day but they do) and it cost from 3 to 5 dollars, they do it amazingly too and it isn't as painful as waxing.

Why do you want to wax your eyebrows...unless you have an eyebrow. Then it's ok. I hate it when I see women with these teensy weensy pencil thin eyebrows. Yuck. Unless your eyebrows look like a birds nest I would leave them alone.
