yes... notice has to be given... the option is yours... i'd walk soon as... get away, first try and get a new job... try something different...

no, they dont, the only wage law is national minimum wage (in uk is 5.05 for over 21's)

they cant just cut your wage with out notice usely 13weeks unless you agree with them

well cut your productivity by the same percentage then:)) but depending on the reassons why i would vote with my feet ie leave
