Yes, I am an Singaporean but super-strong Aussie supporter. I was cursing and swearing in the first 84 minutes of the game. The Aussies were a more dominant team than the Japanese throughout the game. It was the best match I watched so far in the World Cup.
Japan scored the first goal, but there was clearly a foul on the Aussie goalie, but the referee allowed the goal. Australia brought on 2 super subs before 60th minute, and controlled the Japanese half of the mid-field. After the equaliser in the 84 minute, the Japanese were clearly rattled. The following 2 aussie goals were World-Class. All the aussie goals were scored or assisted by the 2 substitutes, I think.

australia was the more dominant team.. just becoz they are taller.. and i think they played really rough, no wonder the japan team were out of breath that last 10 mins.. it was a fair win but i still thought that the Aussies were too emotional, and temperamental.. poor nakata, he kept being tackled... it was so obvious they were targeting him..

the Aussies scored more goals than they did. I don't think the Japanese defence could cope with the Aussie front line.
