Drawn matches in the first round?

In the first round of the FIFA world cup , if all matches in group are drawn nil all, how is it decided who goes to the second round?

by a draw from a pot, ie sheer luck... why are people continuously asking this question, you know it wont happen.

the 2 team who scores more goals. if they are still tie the winner who get less red and yellow card if they are still tie it will be deided by lottery
