You have to be far enough along for it to do so. I think that you have to be almost to the end of your pregnancy. I think its usually used if someone is past due. When I was past due that is what my doctor told me to do.

Yes it will induce labor but check with your doctor will probably be against it. If it does induce labor the contractions can be too long and severe which is not good. So be very careful if you want to induce labor youself.

I don't know, but drinking can severely damage a baby's future development, or cause brain damage. Bad alcohol.

Light exercise can help induce labor, and if you absolutely have to have the baby induced, doctors can do that.

Castor oil is a laxative, so be careful, but yes, it sometimes does induce labor.

Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesnt. Either way though, you will get bad cramps and the runs from it. I would not do it unless it's a last resort for a baby that hasnt been born 2-3 weeks after a due date.

The body knows what its doing on its own. Let it happen naturally. A woman should be mighty careful about what she ingests during pregnancy.

You know I think so but your baby will DIE. My cousin did that or something like it and one of her twins died and the other one was a little retarded (not diagnosed but we ALL know that he ain't quite right)!
