ok I think the anatomically correct chest piece is because he is really al skinny and wimpy underneath so they make him seem all big and buff with the chest piece. I do not feel all warm and fuzzy when hes pracing around with his billowing cape cuz have you seen that man with out the mask he seriously not that hot. But if youve seen him beging played by an actor whos rly rly hot let me know!

In Batman Begins, there's not nearly as much of a suit that is completely anatomically correct, like in the other batman movies, where there are pecs, huge groins, etc on the suit.

But really, who cares? At least he doesn't wear tights like Superman.

Chest piece? In the last movie, Batman Begins, it was a normal "body armor" suit - no nipples. I don't know that any Batman fan would admit to him "prancing".

Technically it is all confusing b/c do male bats even have nipples there? I don't know the answer to this Yoda-like query, but I gotta say I am thankful the Bat-suit does not have an anatomically correct cod-piece. Whew!

Probably because it was modeled after the Greek and Roman armored chest pieces. No warm and fuzzies here either.

Because the costume designer thought those "Six-pack" abs looked sexy. If you feel warm and fuzzy then they were right.
