Will a lower exhaust unit from a 5HP Johnson fit the motor mounts for a 1976 Evinrude 4HP?

I have a 4HP Evinrude (1976) that has a good motor and cowlings, but the exhaust housing needs replacing, will a 5HP Johnson (1968) lower unit and exhaust housing fit, from looking at the pictures it looks like the same mounting hole pattern.

good question. Since there is such a discrepency in ages I would say probably not. Evinrude and Johnson are built by OMC and are pretty much interchangable, but the 8 year difference and different horse powers make me skeptical that it would work
