It's called "stress incontinence". Most women who have had babies or who are significantly overweight have this problem. When you feel a sneeze coming on, cross your legs!! No joke! There is really nothing you can do about it.

Either your bladder is too full or your muscles are too weak! Try doing your pelvis exercises by tightening and relaxing your virginal and anal muscles and repeating the exercises at least 20 tightening and loosening x 3 times per day, (everyday).

Generally it would indicate that you have a slightly weak bladder and are suffering from minor incontinence. It might not be anything permanent so don't worry, but I would suggest you get it checked out by your doctor.
Take care...

You need to strengthen the muscles by doing kegal exercises. Google them and learn how to do them correctly. They will help.

This often happens to women who have had babies, but it can happen to those who haven't as well. Keeping a healthy weight also helps, but do those kegal exercises!!!

As you get older, you lose muscle tone "down there". There are exercises you can do. Talk to your doctor. It's perfectly normal.
