i have braces and im afaried that my bf doesent want to kiss me what do i do???? because i have to were them for 2 years!

okay so i have braces and im fine
your boyfriend should love you no matter what
so dont worry about him
and for kissing...
its fine
just kiss like you normally do
and make sure wear chapstick because your braces can get stuck on your lips a little bit
and after you eat
make sure you go to the bathroom and check out if anything is stuck in your braces
because its so gross when a girl walks around smiling with something in her teeth
but i have to wear braces for a year
and its only because i follow what the doctor says
floss your teeth
brush them
and do whatever he tells you
you'll get your braces off faster

Well, If He All Of The Sudden Doesn't Want To Kiss You For Any Reason(with the exeptioin of not brushing your teeth....) Then He's Probably Gay. Leave Him Alone And Find Another Boyfriend In 3 Years.....

i just got braces too! And I have to wear them for 2 years too!!!!!! Lucky for us braces are so in right now!!! Kissing won't be a problem. why would it? It might hurt you a little bit but nothing much. im sure you had youre braces pull youre gums before thats probably all that will happen i don't think that it will hurt him at all. Don't ask your bf if he'll still kiss you.

Try to kiss him and see how he responds. If he seems that he is hesitant then discuss it with him. I know that I had the preconceived notion that for some reason I would get cut or stuck and he may have the same kinds of concerns. Obviously if he is your BF then he likes you so it shouldn't be a problem talking to him about it!!
And depending on how old you are then he just may be scared especially if he has never kissed anyone else.

Just because you have braces doesn't mean anything bad, he should be able to respect the fact that you are going to have beautiful teeth after they are taken off.
If he doesn't want to kiss you, give him time to get used to the braces, there have been incidents that people have gotten their lip stuck to braces, but if he dumps you because of your braces then he is shallow. But if he says with you that's good, and I hope everything works out.
But if he does dump you don't worry about it, there are millions of other men in this world, better ones, ones that respect you and like you for you, not what you look like. Looks won't be with you forever.

nowadays, wearing braces is a status symbol and even teens who don't need them want them! Maybe if your boyfriend feels this way (I doubt he really does) then you should consider that he is not right for you. Enjoy your braces and I guarantee that in two years you will not want to get rid of them because you will realize just how cool you look!

okay you know what I got braces too and my dad kiss a person with braces and he says it hurted but if he loves you then he would wait he can kiss you other places you know not just your lips I wont says any places or places cause it will be kinda weird anyways if your old enough he would wait if he loves you that much...

I have them too, and there is nothing to worry about. I even know of this one chick who was kissing a guy (she had braces), and she cut his lip!

Remind him that's only temporary, you won't have them forever!
