The Jules Rimet trophy has been lost to thieves and there won't be another.
The current trophy remains the property of FIFA, irrespective of how many times it is won.

So no, they don't get to keep neither will Argentina or Germany, who like Brazil have won the Cup twice since 1974.

Brazil won the Jules Rimet Trophy, for winning it three times 58, 62 and 70. They will win a copy of FIFA World Cup if they win again for the sixth time.
