Another words, can a man have male and female friends (single women) go to clubs and out other paces telling the wife these are my friends and you would not fit in? I don't want you there I work all week and I want time to myself with my friends. I again am 56 and he is 30 and he feels I will not fit in (or thats what he says) or uses the excuse it is past your bedtime or the latest is I am a cripple. (i had an accident after we were married and yes I have arthritis but I can handle it) and I have no problem fitting in with younger people. He says I am old fashioned and a husband and wife do not go places and do things together like my family did. But when I mention us going out and doing the things he does he says you are 2 old, calls me a cripple or it is past my bedtime.
Someone help I am tired of being hurt and told I can't do anything or go anyplace. My self esteem is lower then a snake!

wow sounds like he needs a ego adjustment. if he cant respect you for who you are, then you would be better off without him. thats just not right. try going with him once or twice to see how it goes, then if he has legitimate reasons, you'll a gree to stay home. but if it goes fine, he will agree to let you come more often.

What ever possessed u 2 marry that low life! He insults u, humiliates u, treats u like dirt! He certainly does'nt love u. What made him marry u? Were u well off b4 u met him? The age differince (26 yrs) is a definite factor. The way he treats u shows he has no respect 4 u. He does'nt want 2 be seen in public with u! What does that tell u! Toughen up lady toss his sorry butt out on the street NOW!! Divorce him!! You will have no peace as long as ur married 2 him. GET RID OF HIM!!

Your self esteem shouldn't be low! Just don't believe him. If you're not good enough for him, why is he married to you in the first plave? He's an abuser. He's just saying this to hurt you and destabilize you. He knows , by saying that, that you'd concentrate on the hurt he's causing rather than concentrating on the mistakes he's making. Be careful of people like that. Take some time to re-evaluate your situation and take the decision not to compromise. He has no right to do what he does and no right to say what he says.

You're a big girl.. You let yourself be talked to that way? Is it that important to have a younger man? You made your bed, and you're old enough to get a new bed, if you can't sleep in this one. People make choices, and choices make people

I pray that the Lord Jesus Christ will help you! He loves you just the way you are.

This guy is a loser. You are better off without him.
