If you have your receipt and the courts rule against Wal-mart, then you should be able to get a refund. You should contact one of the lawyers involved in the suit to find out if there will be a class-action suit or anything.

If you have your receipt, you don't have to wait for the court ruling. Wal-Mart will take it back.
