Give her some bread to eat right away and plenty of water to drink. She will be fine. The biggest worry is that the bone will get stuck in the throat, and that hasn't happened (you'd know if it had from the choking, gasping and turning red, then white as the breathing stopped), so if she appears fine now, I wouldn't be too worried. Bread will cushion the bone, the stomach acids will destroy it and all will be well. Just be really careful in the future.

It won't hurt her if she swallowed it. Please bone any fish you serve very carefully. A fish bone can lodge in the throat and cause a real emergency. I would not serve fish to a small child unless it was canned tuna.

The bone will dissolve in her stomach, from the digestive juices there - don't worry about it!

if she had swollen a bone then she would have been choking. But since she didn't then you don't need to worry about it. she's going to be fine.
