Check out National Lending Corporation at www.mynlc.com They have a marketing program that you can join. If you need a license in a particular state, they provide the training necessary to get the license, etc.

What do you mean by going to the same places? If you are looking for you own mortgage you could certainly apply at the 1000s of lending institutions around the country. If you intend to help other people in state's that require a license then you would be violating the law to do that. In Lousiana, you can't broker any loans, or receive any monies for assisting other people acquiring money unless you have a broker license or you are an attorney, etc.

Hope that helps. I haven't joined as of yet because you do need a license in Louisiana but I intend to due to all of the home loans activity because of Katrina. It is a simple test but it does cost money to get and I am not yet prepared.
