Who needs a seminar?! There are plenty of ways to spice up your sex life. Try talking to each other about your fantasies and maybe acting some of them out if it won't put your marriage at risk. Personally, I act out some of my fantasies (the ones that involve just my husband and I), but I would never act out a fantasy that involved another person besides him. Those fantasies are just for mental stimulation.
