My friend just found out that her prolactin level is 3 times higher than normal and she started panicking ... What is she supposed to do? (sge isn't pregnant or anything...)

If she found this out from a doctor, nurse, or anyone in a clinic, then she should have asked them exactly what that meant right then and there.

It can mean she has a prolactinoma. This is not serious, she will probably just be prescribed bromocriptine and have a CAT scan.

my advice is take her 2 a doc n get a ct scan/MRI of head done to rule out prolactinomas(pituitary adenomas)
