Deli meat (possible contamination with Listeria, which can cause miscarriage).
Fish that contains high levels of mercury (can cause developmental delays and brain damage): Tuna, shark, swordfish, sea bass. Canned tuna has smaller amounts of mercury, but should only be eaten in moderation.
Raw shelfish.
Anything containing raw eggs: Some Caesar dressings, mayonnaise, homemade ice cream or custards and Hollandaise sauces may be made with raw eggs.
Soft cheese, also because of Listeria: Brie, camembert, Roquefort, feta, gorgonzola and Mexican style cheeses that include queso blanco and queso fresco. Soft non-imported cheeses made with pasteurized milk are safe to eat.

Any raw animal food, raw fish (sushi, ect), raw eggs(foods that contain raw eggs, like uncooked cookie dough, eggnog, ect) because of bacterias and salmonella, unpasteurized juices, because of bacterias, swordfish, shark, and tilefish because of mercury, for other fishes, eat in moderation. You can eat soft cheeses, such as brie, feta, gorgonzola, as long as you make sure it's made with pasteurized milk. You can drink coffee in moderation (one 8oz cup a day is fine), stay away from heavy drinking, as you probably already know, but you can have a small glass of wine once in a while.
Try to eat as much lean products as possible, it helps to keep you at your best health and shape when you need it the most, since you're living for 2 people, generally, you would need to eat 300 more calories per day than your recommended daily average. Eat whole wheat foods, fill up on fresh fruits and veggies, organic foods are best as always.
Here is a website that might help:
http://www.americanbaby.com/
go to the pregnancy section and then pregnancy nutrition, you'll have everything you need there.
hope this helps!
