I have tan skin, blue eyes and blond hair too. I have tried ALL mascaras. Lancome Hypnose is great. But for the price, you have to try the Mary Kay Ultimate. It works the BEST. It washes off easily with makeup remover, stays on all day and does not clump. I use black although experts say I should wear brown. I like my eyes to stand out. Give it a try, most MK consultants have a small sample you can try at first. But if you buy the regular size and for whatever reason you do not like it, they will refund no problem.

I'm not any good with makeup, but even I can make my eyes look decent.
I start by curling the lashes, because even that alone 'wakes up' your eyes. My favorite mascara is Maybelline Waterproof Full 'n' Soft in Very Black. It gives your eyes a nice look, without being too overdone. Perfect for everyday, I use it just on the top lashes. You may also want to try a Brown/Black if you are curious.

use dark brown, water proof, wash off mascara from Avon. Use an eyelash curler for 12 second on each eye prior to applying the mascara. If you run the curler under the warm water before you use it - you'll find the lashes curl a little more. Don't over-do, the goal is to look naturally beautiful.

Try Mary Kay's Ultimate Mascara ($15). It's exclusive, all-in-one formula delivers long, thick, voluminous-looking lashes. And it has Smart Wiper™ technology that delivers the exact amount of mascara you need for maximum plumping – without the clumping. Comes in black and black brown.

I have tried every single mascara that you can name of. From Covergirl to Chanel. I think Loreal Voluminous is comparable and even better than Lancome, which is famous for its mascaras. By the way, I like the waterproof version.

Brown will look more natural, black more dramatic. I like Max Factor Lash Perfection and I use L'Oreal Double Extend base coat.

Work mascara from the base of the lashes upwars. Max Factor or MAC makes the best mascara I can't decide though I love them both and use them alternately.

your best bet would be to visit your local department store makeup counter and ask for advice from the ladies who know makeup best.
They will even do a whole makeover over on you and bring out your features. Good luck and have fun!

Try Lancome mascara - doesn't smudge, you can get it in different types for thickening or extending, and you can get waterproof. The absolute best, hands down.
