Get a USB memory stick. This is a much more useful device. The prices have gone way down.

There are applications to make your Gmail account a big Online storage drive, - Also you could get Some webspace and just use it for hosting your own personal files, 5gb from Godaddy is $34 a year .... dont even have to really have a domain - Use a FTP program to load all files you want, then go to other computer and download them...
Simplier is - USB Memory sticks, you could Burn CDS' DVDS' You could Bluetooth using a cell phone --- etc....

Yes. If you get a USB JumpDrive (a portable external hard drive) hook tht up and copy the files to it. then take it to the other computer and copy the files again to the hard drive of the other computer.

Bluetooth networking.
Get 2 USB bluetooth devices and pair them up with the software provided. Not lightening fast, but not bad all the same.

ya but it looks expensive . maybe it's better to use a lan cable , or some kind of wireless like blue tooth or maybe paralel cable conection.
but i think the chiest and the fastest way it a lan connection .

put the information on a cd(by burning the info onto the cd) and take the cd to the other computer, and take the information off the cd! your welcome! it should work!
