I am from Greece and I am expanding a business to USA, it can mean an extra 5.000$ - 7.000$ a month. I am looking for somebody who would like to go in business for himself. He/she has to be over 18 years old, should have a job or business experience and have some leadership potential. Who do you know or where should I search to find such person?

Why are you looking only for persons of greek descent?
If that is an absolute requirement, I am sure they must be greek organizations in what ever city you are contemplating doing business in. There are always church and civic organizations that you should be able to contact online or do a phone book search.
I am not of Greek descent but am Sicilian which is close enough and would be interested or You can also do a search on www.directmatches.com It is free to join and you can do a search and enter you requirements or post a listing like this! I highly recommend it.
