Normal pulse rate for adolescents 13-18 is between 55 and 105 beats per minute. Your pulse is on the high end of the range, but it could be normal for you.. mine beats below the low end of the adult range. As for your blood pressure, you need to watch it.. according to http://www.cnn.com/HEALTH/library/HI/00049.html, you may have prehypertension. "This is the precursor to full-blown hypertension. It means the child's average systolic or diastolic blood pressure is between the 90th and 94th percentile. In adolescents — ages 12 to 18 — it means the blood pressure exceeds 120/80 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg), up to the 95th percentile for their sex, age and height." What were you doing before you took your blood pressure? Had you been exercising or playing? Were you sitting relaxed? How is your weight and overall health? These are all factors that will affect your blood pressure and pulse. Check it when you've been sitting relaxed and quiet and see if it's still high. If so, talk to your parents and have a doctor check you out. It may be your pressure just runs high. Better to be safe than sorry though.

First off where did you check it at? If it was at a store those are not always accurate. Were you still during the test If you were moving around it will be wrong they are to sensitive for you to be moving around. 101 for a resting heart rate is high normal is between 60-80 were you running before the exam? If you were at rest I would say that you have a high resting heart rate which isnt good. Also the norm for a healthy person the top number should not be higher than 130 and the bottom number higher than 80 If you are really worried I would set an appt with your doctor. High pressure could mean a stroke kidney failure and other major medical conditions

Anything abnormal is always bad.
You seem to be overweight. If so reduce your weight with the help of fasting and not the hard exercises as your pulse rate is high.
You should avoid fatty and spicy foods and have sprouts and salads plenty.

Check it again while you are just sitting down resting. Your resting heart rate should be 60-80 beats per minute. If that is your resting heart rate, then you should see a doctor. It might be high because you could have been exersing or nervous.
