The teeth whitening won't happen right away, but I would try using hydrogen peroxide and baking soda. You should keep a written record of this for a few months. I don't know what your definition of "cheap" is, but Remberant whitening toothpaste works pretty good I think. It's about $6 a tube.

teeth whitening is a gimmick - a fad.. people are making a fortune by brainwashing people into thinking they need white teeth..
drink less tea/coffee
dont smoke
brush with a good toothpaste

Use pearl drops and brush your teeth a couple of times concentrating on the front teeth, I find that this works, and people notice too.

hi i use pearl drops toothpaste twice a day and when brushing your teeth go gentle and in circular movments within a week you will notice a big change!!
