Remove them one at a time so you do noyt confuse the firing order. make sure you have the right tools to remove and replace the plugs. You will probably need a wratchet wrench, an extension, maybe a swivel socket, and the spark plug socket. When yopu remove the wires, do not pull them straight off, sometimes the heat of the engine seals the wire onto the plug and you can tear the wires off and then you will need to replace the wires too. Try twisting the wire side to side first and then remove. This job is much easier if the engine is cool.

look in a maintenance book for a 2000 mitsubishi eclipse gt. or go to a sout parts store and ask the guys that work there.
