Have you hear of Pavlovs dog?
Inherrent response to stimulus- I work in ultrasound and the smell of coffee in some patients will make the gallbladder contract a little starting a digestive respose. Or maybe your just hungry?

I hate coffee. It doesn't make my stomach rumble. It's probably a pavlov's dog type reaction.

Audio and visual stimuli of the brain. The smell is wonderful!
