It sounds like the mass airflow sensor is going bad. Take it in get it fixed before you find yourself unable to stop sometime. I had the same problem with my F150.

sounds like u need a complete tune up..have the wires, plugs, pcv valve, air filter, fuel filter changed, also get a fuel injection cleaner done, change the distribitor cap and rotor. you can do all this yourself. when your changing the distribitor cap and the wires, change them one at a time otherwise you will be sorry.

Check your brake fluid level, there my be a leak.

vacuum leak, check the PCV hoses
