Has anyone had serious problems with the Samsung YH-820 MP3 player?

Mine has given me endless trouble; I sent it back once for a replacement, now it deleted half my tracks and won't start.

If your warranty is not expire than immediately contact Samsung company or send mail to him with details of all necessary information. they will sure help for that.
