Can anyone one find a website that offers proof? Wikipedia says that JMM came out with it first and then All-4 One covered it. I don't think that is true.

John Michael Montgomery. Then all of the other people who ruined the song recorded it. But John was the First to release it in 1994. His Album was even tilted I Swear.

It was All-4-One. John Michael Montgomery remade it into a country song. I like it the way All-4-One did it.

If I remember correctly, it was All-4-One but then JMM re made it into a country song. My own opinion is that it's better as a country song.

Who cares both versions suck!

in all honesty Boy George released the song on his least popular CD entitled "Stories from the back door: Can you hear me knockin'?" back in 1991.
