do you mean think twice in a negitive way or a positive way?
in a negitive way, I know this is going to sound shallow but, if she has a kid. my wife had a kid from a previous relationship and to be honest I was uneasy with the idea. one more thing is if the woman moves too fast in the relationship than what you're expecting.
but in positive way, a woman heart or personality is what gets me to think twice about her.

Her out spoken thoughts and desires. Are they ones that are completely selfcentered or are they to meet the needs of others first?
Without the quest for selflessness, a long lasting relationship can not happen. It is the constant trying to fulfill the other's needs, wants, and desires that truely make us complete each other. Only then do we become one.

Her poise
Her interest in me
Those make me think twice. How she looks, comes in a very weak fourth.
