Japanese cartoons are monotonous in the same ways as American cartoons. They both reuse the same thing over and over again. I get so tired of seeing a bunch of cartoon animals playing tricks on each other as easily as seeing anime school girls saving the world in their weird bimbo way. However I feel the Japanese are just a little better at redressing the same plot constantly. The American cartoon is just too clean and for children because of Church run media while anime has more violence and darker themes. They are only over rated because fanatics use them as a banner to either support their cause or lambast the anime.

True, it has gotten monotonous with all the sad shaking eyes, but it is always good to have alternatives.

Nope, I feel the same. It all strikes me as the same old drek being pumped out 15 slightly different ways.

I agree with you completely. I fall asleep watching Adult Swim every night, except when it's stupid anime.

I am so sick of Japanese cartoons, what happened to the usual US cartoons, like looney tunes and sh*t.
