Whoo, good luck to you. I hated being nauseous. Some things that worked well for me was protein first thing in the AM - usually peanut butter crackers. Also if I stayed as full as I could that worked better so I had lots of small snacks. I could not use a mint toothpaste so I used (and still use, actually) the cinnamon one from Crest. There are pregnancy pops (lolli and popsicle) you can use too, order over the internet. If you really can't even keep down water, please talk to your dr, you are at risk of getting dehydrated which isn't good for you or the baby.

Good luck! I could not hold anything down while I was pregnant with my daughter. I lost 17 pounds during my pregnancy and never gained a pound. The doctors made me start seeing a nutritionist and she advised me that there was not anything that can be done about vomiting, but to eat several smaller meals a day. Your doctor can also prescribe a medication to help with the nausea. Talk with your doctor about your options. But the good news is that when I was about 8 months pregnant I didn't vomit anymore.

hi when i was pregnant i lost 12 pounds in the first 2 months because of constantly throwing up i threw up til my 6th month so i had all day sickness for a long time. the way i dealt with it was i removed all the ordors that mademe throw up and i drank boost with high protein. that was the only thing that would stay down. find out what it it that is causing it and get rid off it. even if it's ur husband ask him to sleep some where else or to shower. The deoderant of my husband made me throw up so i would ask him to shower and not use it. it wroked sometimes. well hope it helps the only thing you can look foward to is that it will be over in 9 months.

PS: my mther says that when you get morning sickness all day and for a long time it is because of the baby's hair and i belive it because my baby is hairy

You should ask your doctor for something to help you. I know how you feel because I have morning sickness really bad and the doctor gave me some Prenatal Vitamins that helps reduce morning sickness. Ask your doctor about Premesis. It really works and you should also watch what you are eating because I sat down with my doctor a went over some of the ingredients in foods and majority of the food we consume daily is terrible for the developement of the baby.

Good Luck and I hope you can over come the sickness

I am 36 weeks pregnant with my second baby and have been sick the whole time. You should talk to your dr and ask him what he suggests. He could give you an anti nausea pill.

I've been terribly ill with this pregnancy as well. I tried all the traditional avenues to no avail. My mother finally sent me some lollipops called Preggy Pops from the Motherhood Maternity Store. They've been a life saver for me.

Music allows you to eat more. According to a report by the journal Psychology and Marketing, soft, classical tunes encourage that you take time over your dinner, so you consume more foodstuff. So, switch off – silence will always make you more aware of what you’re putting in your mouth.

Keep this kind of meal between 400 and six-hundred calories. Serve yourself a small portion, so if you like coming back again for seconds, you'll just wind up eating a normal-size portion.

Nothing much helped me either, but the doc told me to keep my belly with food in it. Eat something every half hour or so; it kind of helped.

I had morning sickness all day, everyday, for almost 4 months straight!! Good luck, it will pass, hopefully sooner then later.
