Tissue. I don't care if the hanky is the size of a parachute... the nose will always plunk itself right back into the last lump of mucus!

A tissue because they are disposable. Why would someone want to use a hanky & then carry around the thing?

At home, in a tissue. At work or anywhere else, in a hanky. My hanky is like traveler's checks, I never leave home without it. I can't stand when people "hawk" to the ground.

Hankies are GROSS! "Hey, I know! I'll carry this rag in my pocket and, whenever my nose gets full of snot, dirt, grime, and debris, I'll blow all that mess into the rag then put it back in my pocket so I can smear it all over my face the next time I need to blow my nose!"

I'll stick to tissue, thanks! Or my shirt sleeve in a pinch! :-)
