i would say... i dont really like the word..weakness...an area... i would like to improve in.. would be... blahblah blah... ..(. and your so called weakness,,, should be something that would like anyway... like being a perfectionist... and having to remind your self... to take time out for myself...

I have no GREAT weaknesses because I believe a principle that says: "Have faith in God,. I assure you that you can say to this mountain, 'May God life you up and throw you into the sea,' and your command will be obeyed. Al that's required is that you really believe and do not doubt in your heart. Listen to me, you can pray for anything, and if you believe you will have it" (Mark 11:22-24-New Living Translation). I once thought that anger was a great weakness; and then I stopped "speaking anger," and it's gone. I once thought that stress was a great weakness, and then I stopped "speaking stress" and I'm no longer stressed. I once believed that worry was a great weakness, but then I stopped "speaking worry" into my life. Now I no longer have any worry in my life.
Here's the bottom line--You have what you say! It more than just saying it. You must believe and do not doubt. So, you see, there are three steps to eliminating weaknesses:
1. Speak strength
2. Believe the strength you speak
3. Do not doubt that the strength you speak is yours.

What ever you might say about your weakness, which could be anything, make sure you end the question about what you are doing to remediate it. For instance, "a weakness I have is the fear of public speaking, however, I am trying to remediate it by joining the toastmasters (a public speaking group). This way you answer their question, but you show that you take initiative to fix problems.
Never say you have no weaknesses, cause everyone knows that no one is perfect.

When I get asked that question I always say, "My weakness is thinking I'm Superwoman and I want to handle a dozen tasks at the same time. I've resolved that situation by prioritizing my tasks. Those that need immediate attention, I do first, the others can wait."
