If it even enters your head, and you have to ask, you are probably not in love with them!
Consider couples counselling -- maybe you guys just need to communicate in a different and better way to get that old zing back? !
They may not know how you are feeling, so you should discuss it with them.

If things are not good at home maybe you both need to take a break from each other...like a seperation with the knowledge that say in 6 months you will both see how you feel about one another after you have been apart. I hope it works for you. I'm in the same boat.

Do you remember how you felt when you knew you were in love with this person and wanted to spend the rest of your life with them? If this spark is gone, and you no longer get that feeling in your tummy when you see this person, you probably already know the feeling is gone.

They just don't care anymore, hardly talk, never eat or sleep together, don't even get jealous of each other and the house is cold

in my honest opinion I don't feel that you can fall out of love with someone, if you truley loved your spouse there is no falling out of love

picture your life without them in it, and see if you can live without them. i know people can go on living without someone when it is not their choice to end a relationship, whether the person decides to leave or passes away, but you have the choice here.
